Sheikh Rasheed escapes unhurt in firing attack

SLAMABAD: Awami Muslim League chief Sheikh Rasheed Ahmed escaped unhurt in a firing attack in Islamabad on Thursday.
According to reports, unknown gunmen targeted the veteran politician near Zero Point in the federal capital.
Rasheed said a bullet hit his bullet proof vehicle when unknown gunmen opened fire. He was on his way home from Islamanbad. He submitted an application with the Aabpara Police Station for registration of an FIR.
