Chinese architect records global tour through real-life sketches

Chinese architect records global tour through real-life sketches Shi Lun, a famous Chinese architect, draws sketches of historic buildings and wherever he travels. Part of his travelling journey revolves around interesting sketches that he projects through not more than just a piece of paper.
He considers it a unique way to record his travel and observe the world. A former lecturer at a university in China, Lun decided to quit his job to satisfy his desire of travelling the world.
Creating masterpieces that are equally awe-inspiring as the monuments themselves, Lun’s unique habit has made him visit 97 cities around the world in just 230 days!
“Drawing can enable me to discover different architectural elements that I have not seen before and how these elements transform into more intricate and varied styles. You can really see the interaction of cultures, how they learn, influence and mix with each other,” share Lun.
