LAHORE: Inspector General Punjab Police Khan Baig said that the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) and other militant outfits operating in FATA and Waziristan had their offshoots and members in Punjab.
He was talking at Geo News program Jirga, hosted by senior journalist Salim Khan Safi on late Friday night.
The IG said that presence of al-Qaeda in Punjab was low as compare to the Taliban.
